New guinea carpets are a nice snake, easy to raise and care for and seldom get over five feet in length.
I had my first hatching of these wonderful snakes on 6/6/99. The babies are out of a reddish female, pictured below coiled around the eggs. The eggs were incubated at temperatures which were varied between 86F and 90F, and hatched in 53 days.
My colony currently consists of 4.3.
